Policy
Bufftechfence.com will accept almost any item for full
refund (less shipping costs), within 30 days of
receiving the product, unless the specially fabricated
orders that will be listed in the following.
A 25% Restocking Fee will be assessed on all returns. After the
30th day, the manufacturer will be held
responsible within the limitations of the specific
warranties. The customer will be responsible for any
shipping cost to return material back to us. Please pay
close attention to the following and read over the
exceptions and conditions.
HOW TO
RETURN?
All returned items will be issued, and must have an RMA
#. The RMA # must be clearly marked on the shipping
label, or on outside of package. Call (800) 979-1237,
before returning any material. The ship to address will
be determined depending on your location.
All returned
items must be in original boxes or container, and in the
original condition it was first delivered. It is
appreciated if you place the original box inside a new
box fro-extra protection from harm. No damaged, used or
installed parts will be qualified for return. It is the
responsibility of the customer to make sure that the
returned product is delivered safely and undamaged. When
we receive the returned item, it will be inspected, and
if anything is missing, it will be deducted from your
refund. It is also the customers responsibility to
insure the returned package, and make it signature
required. If the customer fails to do any of these
guidelines will result in no refund for the returned
items.
Shipping charges will not be refunded to the customer.
If the original invoice has indication of a shipping
charge, the refund to the customer will not include that
shipping charge. On material that exceed the amount of
$100.00, as indicated on original invoice, and which
shipping charges are shown, the initial shipping charge
will be deducted.
If you find
that a shipment is unacceptable because of damage or any
other reason, call us immediately at (800) 979-1237, If
it turns out, the merchandise is indeed damaged,
shipping charges will be waived if a claim is
successfully filed against the shipper.
Special order product, such as gates, and arbors are not
refundable because it is not returnable. Only in the
event that the special item is not built correctly, or
if it is damaged, then it will be considered.
